The Company is the data controller for the personal data of its clients and, more generally, internet users (hereinafter “you”) browsing the websites it operates as part of its activities, such as businessboosteracademy.com and their sub-sites, including the online training platform and/or private group on a social network offered to its clients (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Site”).

I. DEFINITIONS – PREAMBLE

For a proper understanding of this Privacy Policy, the following terms are defined as follows:

II. MANAGEMENT OF THE CLIENT–PROSPECT DATABASE

Via the Site, you provide us with the following categories of information by completing information form(s) and communicating with us:

– Identity data (title, last name, first name) and contact data (email address; postal address [address, postal code, city, country]; phone number)

– Login details for your user account: username, password

In the event of an order, we will also process information relating to the contractual and commercial relationship you may enter into, in particular to ensure the accuracy of information relating to the order of a Training course and Coaching reserved for members of the Training. As the order is paid, we will also process payment and transactional information (transaction date, amount, payment method, order number).

We also collect information when you complete a satisfaction form or when you subscribe to a free product or service (name, email). Subscription to a free service implies acceptance of receiving commercial information, with the User being able to unsubscribe at any time thereafter.

Finally, we collect account login and usage data relating to the tools made available to users in their dedicated virtual space (IP address, login time, connection duration, account settings, tool management, videos viewed, progress indicators).
